Financial Services

Financial Services is a team committed to providing excellent services related to the financial activities of the college through friendly and effective interactions with internal and external customers. Responsibilities include recording, reporting and maintaining the financial records of the college as required by law and facilitating communications within Texas A&M College of Dentistry and between the college and the health science center and university central administration regarding policies and procedures affecting financial activities.

Purchasing, Central Stores, and Receiving

Purchasing, Central Stores, and Receiving is committed to providing excellent service in the purchasing activities of Texas A&M College of Dentistry. This is accomplished through:

  • Using numerous vendor sources to ensure that our customers get the best value possible
  • Purchase orders are entered correctly and partnering with departments to resolve any issues
  • Providing prompt and accurate receiving and delivery of items purchased
  • Maintaining the Central Stores inventory so departments can have access to items used frequently from in-house supplies
  • Maintaining detailed records to help ensure that all invoices can be paid in a timely manner
