Biography
Education and Post-Graduate Training
Chelsea Moorman is Clinical Faculty in the Dental Hygiene Program at the Texas A&M College
of Dentistry.
Ms. Moorman received her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Texas A&M University,
Baylor College of Dentistry. She has a commitment to continuing education and community
service and was inducted as a fellow of the American Dental Hygienists’ Association in 2023.
Ms. Moorman is currently clinical faculty in Preclinical Dental Hygiene, Clinical Dental
Hygiene courses I – IV, and serves as lead clinical dental hygiene faculty on the Special Care
Clinic rotation for patients with special healthcare needs. Additional teaching responsibilities
include being a research mentor for dental hygiene seniors in Applied Research Methods and
acting as co-advisor for the Student Chapter of the American Dental Hygienists’ Association.
She is also currently appointed as Adjunct Clinical Faculty in the Dental Hygiene Department at
Dallas College.
