Biography
Education and Post-Graduate Training
Rocio Estrada currently serves as Clinical Faculty in the Dental Hygiene Program at the Texas
A&M College of Dentistry.
Professor Estrada received her Associate of Sciences from Richland College, and Bachelor of
Science in Dental Hygiene from Texas A&M University Baylor College of Dentistry.
She has more than 10 years of experience in clinical practice as a registered dental hygienist in
general dentistry.
Professor Estrada is an active member of the Association for Dental Safety, Dental Hygiene
Educators of Texas, and American Dental Education Association.
She currently serves as clinical faculty in Preclinical Dental Hygiene, and Clinical Dental
Hygiene courses I-IV.
