Biography
Dr. Jared Durham, DDS received his dental degree from Baylor College of Dentistry in 1995. He initially started his dental career as a dental technician in the U. S. Navy where he assisted dental officers in providing dental care to naval personnel and Marine Corps recruits. At the inspiration and encouragement of naval dental officers he worked with he pursued an education and career in dentistry as a dentist.
Dr. Durham started his career after graduating from dental school by working in private practice and in public health dentistry. He treated patients in all age groups from pediatric to geriatric. He has also provided dental care for underserved communities and inmate patients in correctional facilities.
In a career exceeding 20 years Dr. Durham developed a passion for restoring smiles and chewing function with full dentures and partials because of the impact replacing lost teeth has on patients physically and emotionally. He is currently teaching denture fabrication to 3rd and 4th year dental students at the Dr. M. C. Cooper Dental Clinic of Texas A&M School of Dentistry.
