Patients needing to have a tooth extracted can make an appointment for Texas A&M School of Dentistry’s Urgent Care Clinic. The fee is $131 which includes the exam, x-ray and first extraction. If you are needing to have a wisdom tooth removed you must contact the Department of Oral Surgery at 214.828.8228 to schedule an appointment. The Urgent Care Clinic does not see patients need to have wisdom teeth removed. 

What you need to know?

• Reservations must be made two to three days in advance.
• Reservations may require that you remain on campus for several hours.
• Children may not accompany adults on the clinic floor in the Urgent Care Clinic, and children may not be left unattended in the reception area.
• If an additional tooth needs to be removed on the same side as the initial extraction site, then there is an additional fee of $43.
• X-rays are good for one year.
• Cash, check, Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express are acceptable forms of payment.
• Payment is due before services are rendered.
• Care at these appointments is limited to extractions only. Comprehensive dental work will require scheduling a separate screening appointment.
